The Peters Family

Your Hosts

We are the Peters family and we are lucky enough to live on and run Woodlands Manor Farm. We moved from London - September 2019, swapping a life running software companies for a life in sunny Bude and tourism. We love the change and our goal is to ensure you have the best holiday possible with family and friends and make happy memories that last a lifetime.

Woodlands

The Woodlands are simply magical, especially in April and May when there is a carpet of Bluebells covering the ground. Dogs are welcome to roam, but don't forget your wellies, as it can get a bit muddy in winter by the stream.

The Animals

The animals make the farm a special place for everyone. Twice a week, on Sunday and Wednesday, the kids (and big kids) join Ruth for a feed the animals experience and get to meet them all up close - pigs, sheep, alpacas, horses, rabbits, goats, chickens and the cat.

Local Beaches

We are definitely spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches. Vast expanse of golden sand at low tide and rock pools at the top of most of the local beaches for crabbing. Our closest beach is the stunning Duckpool, which is protected by The National Trust. Also close by is Sandymouth and Northcote and the Bude town beaches of Crooklets, Summerleaze and Widemouth Bay.
