Seven characterful cottages and two Mongolian glamping yurts, sleeping 2 to 12. All with access to the heated indoor pool, games room, farm animals and two miles of Cornish coastline.
Our historic 17th-century farmhouse — a magnificent mix of original beams, slate floors, stone fireplaces and every modern comfort. Three lounges, a four-oven Aga, six bedrooms with romantic bedsteads, and a private mature garden. The one guests return to again and again.
A large converted hay barn with two lounges and a glowing log burner. One double bedroom and bathroom downstairs, with another double, two twins and a bathroom upstairs — plenty of space for family groups.
A spacious barn conversion with three double bedrooms and a secret bookcase door in the ground-floor kitchen connecting to Lavender — book both cottages together for 10 guests. A stunning farm table and stone wood burner complete the stay.

Authentic Mongolian glamping with a high-end wood burner at its heart. Super-king bed, two singles, your own private kitchen and bathroom, and a BBQ and picnic bench facing the meadow.
Identical in luxury to Budhyn — nestled beside it by the woodland with the same wood-burner warmth, private bathroom and kitchen. Book both yurts together for a group of eight.

Take over the whole farm
Book multiple cottages together for reunions, milestone birthdays, hen parties or family holidays. All seven cottages and two yurts sleeping up to 46 guests can be reserved exclusively — with the pool, games room and farm all to yourselves. Camp beds can be added by prior agreement.
