The Little Extra's

We are extremely baby and child-friendly here. We can provide various items for babies such as a cot, highchair, baby bath, nappy bin, changing mat, bottle steriliser, plastic cutlery, bowls, plates and plug socket covers. We also have items for toddlers, such as a bed guard, potty, step, toilet seat and booster seat. Please let us know should you require any of these items during your stay. In the games room, there is a soft play area for toddlers and in the playing field there is playground with swings and a tower to climb with a slide. Don’t forget to check out our indoor heated pool too!

We know you are on holiday, but we find that our guests still like to be able to recycle as much of their rubbish as possible. We have recycling bins on site for glass, paper, cardboard and tin cans and we provide kitchen essential ( salt, pepper & herbs) to cut down on waste. Where possible we use green products for cleaning to support our aim of sustainable tourism.

All of our properties include bed linen and towels as standard! A change of linen is supplied if you’re staying in the same property for two weeks or more but you will need to bring your own cot bedding if you need it. A change of towels is also provided for each week but please don’t take them outside – you should bring your own beach towels if you want to take them out and about with you.

If you wish to arrange for one of the supermarkets to deliver your food shopping to you at your cottage, then Tesco, Waitrose, Asda and Sainsburys all offer this service. Our postcode is EX23 9HT should you require it.

Woodlands Manor Farm has a super fast broadband connection and complementary wifi is available in all our cottages.

If you would like to have a lovely meal ready for your arrival or have a special event and would rather rely on the expertise of an outside caterer, we have an excellent private chef called Nicky who will deliver to your cottage.

Bude has a vibrant art community and many artists offer courses so you can acquire a new skills or advance one you already have. From learning to paint sea scapes with Hannah Jenkinson or a pottery course at Welcombe Pottery or even wood turning at Hide Studio there is something for everyone.
